AI Connection · Beta

AI, only
when you ask.

Connect Reppy to the Claude or ChatGPT you already use. It reads your history and helps plan routines, and you decide what goes in.

Connect it

Paste one address into your AI app, allow access with your Reppy account, and you’re done.

One address is all it takes

Copy the address from the app’s guide screen and paste it into the connector in Claude or ChatGPT.

Same account as the app

Sign in with the Apple or Google account you use in the app and your history carries over.

See what you allow, then allow

You check what it can read and create before it connects.

Plan workouts your way

Ask as you normally would. The AI reads your history and suggests a routine, and you decide what goes in.

Try asking

  • “Look at my lat pulldown log for the past month and set next week’s weight”It reads your best sets and suggests a weight.
  • “Add 4 sets of Smith machine squats to my leg routine”Edits to your routine appear in the app on the next sync.
  • “Have I been doing too little bench press lately?”It checks how much you’ve done per exercise.

Then just work out in the app

The changed routine arrives in the app on the next sync. If you don’t like it, just edit it in the app.

You decide what goes in

Only what you say yes to goes into your plans and routines. Creating plans and editing routines is limited to 3 times a day.

It never deletes

The AI never deletes plans, routines or workouts, and it doesn’t touch finished workout logs.

Disconnect any time

Disconnect in connection management and that AI can no longer read or write anything. Your workout data stays.

Add Reppy
to your AI

Sign in to the app first. The history the AI sees lives in the account you signed in with in the app.

Connection help by app

How to connect Claude, ChatGPT and Gemini, plus sign-in, disconnecting, limits and privacy.

Contents

What the AI can do

  • Read: your workout plans and routines, the routine you’ve selected, finished workouts (including notes), and per-exercise stats (last time you did it, best set, volume)
  • Write: create plans, create and edit routines
  • Never: delete plans, routines or workouts, log or edit workouts, or change your selected routine

The AI only sees data in your Reppy account on the server. The plans, routines and workouts from the same account you signed in with in the app are here. If you haven’t signed in to the app or haven’t updated it yet, the AI may see nothing (without sign-in, your records stay on the device). Plans and routines the AI creates show up once they sync to the app signed in with the same account (for example the next time the app comes to the foreground). Weights are always in kg.

How to connect

Claude

  1. On claude.ai or the desktop app, go to Customize → Connectors, click +, then “Add custom connector”.
  2. Enter Reppy as the name and the connection URL above as the URL.
  3. When the sign-in page opens, follow “Sign in” below.

The Free plan allows one custom connector. On Team and Enterprise, an organization owner has to add the connector first.

ChatGPT

We’re preparing to list Reppy in ChatGPT. Until then, you can connect with developer mode on the web. Reppy needs full MCP support to create and edit plans and routines, which is currently available only on Business and Enterprise/Edu plans; Pro supports read and fetch permissions only. What is allowed depends on your plan and workspace policy, and on Business only workspace admins and owners can turn on developer mode and create the app, while on Enterprise/Edu users an admin has authorized can too. Turn on Developer mode in Settings → Apps, then go to Apps → Create and enter the connection URL above. Developer mode is meant for developers, so ChatGPT shows a warning.

Gemini

Custom apps in the Gemini app currently work only in the US, for users 18 and over, in English. Where they’re available, you can connect with the same URL.

A Reppy sign-in page opens when you connect. Sign in with Apple or Google, review what the AI can read and write, and tap “Allow”.

  • Your first sign-in creates a Reppy account. Sign in to the app with the same Apple or Google account to carry your data over.
  • You must be 14 or older to use AI connections.

Disconnect

  • Sign in at reppy-api.moseoh.com/connections with the same account to see your connections. Once you disconnect, that AI app can no longer read or write anything.
  • You can also remove Reppy in the AI app’s connector or app settings.
  • Disconnecting keeps your workout data. To delete your Reppy account, email reppy@moseoh.com. Deleting it removes every connection.

Limits

If the AI says “This Reppy account cannot use AI connections”, that account can’t use AI connections right now.

Each account has limits. Writes (creating plans, creating or editing routines) are capped at 3 successful saves in any 24 hours. Calls are also capped at 60 writes per hour, 300 per day, and 1,200 reads per hour. The AI can create up to 50 plans, and up to 30 routines per plan. The AI will tell you when you hit a limit.

Privacy

Data the AI reads goes to the AI service you connected, and what happens to it there follows that service’s policy. Reppy doesn’t log what goes back and forth with the AI. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service for details.
