These terms set out the rights and responsibilities between the operator of Reppy (the “Service”) (the “operator”) and the people who use it. By using the Service, you agree to these terms. Personal information is handled under the Privacy Policy.
Operator
The Service is operated by an individual developer. Contact us at reppy@moseoh.com.
The Service
The Service is an app (iPhone and Android) for building workout plans and routines and logging workouts, plus the server and web pages that sync a signed-in user’s records between devices and connect them to AI assistants. The Service is free and has no paid features. If we add a paid feature or start charging, we will tell you on this page and in the app before it applies.
Accounts
- Signing in is optional. You can use every feature of the app without signing in, and your workout data then stays on your device.
- Signing in with an Apple or Google account creates a Reppy account. Children under 14 cannot sign in.
- You are responsible for keeping your account and devices secure. You are responsible for what happens when you let someone else use your account.
- You can delete your account at any time in the app under Profile → Account → Delete Account. Deleting it removes your account information and workout data from the server, and deleting it in the app also removes the data on that device. Deleted data cannot be restored. For details, see “Retention and Destruction” and “Your Rights” in the Privacy Policy.
Your data
- You keep your rights to the plans, routines, workout records, notes, and other content you enter. The operator stores and processes it only as needed to provide the Service, and does not use it for advertising or sell it without your permission.
- You are responsible for making sure what you enter does not break the law or infringe anyone else’s rights.
- Exercise data is used under the RepDB (repdb.co) license.
Connecting AI assistants
- You can connect an AI app such as Claude or ChatGPT to your Reppy account. Only within the scope you allow on the consent screen each time you connect, the connected AI app can read your plans, routines, and workout records, and create or edit plans and routines. Connecting is optional, and you can keep using the app without it.
- You can disconnect at any time at reppy-api.moseoh.com/connections or in the AI app’s connection settings. Once disconnected, that AI app can no longer read or write immediately.
- Plans and routines made by an AI, and the AI’s answers and advice, may be wrong and are not medical advice or an exercise prescription. Talk to a doctor or a qualified professional before starting or changing an exercise program, especially if you have health concerns, and decide for yourself whether to follow what the AI says.
- The AI service you connect (Anthropic, OpenAI, and others) is governed by its own terms and policies, not Reppy’s. For how data sent to an AI service is handled, see “Sharing with AI Services” in the Privacy Policy.
Health notice
The Service is a tool for planning and logging workouts and is not a medical service. Exercise carries a risk of injury, so you should exercise according to your own condition and ability and use your own judgment.
What you must not do
- Making excessive calls to the Service by automated means, or otherwise interfering with the Service or its servers
- Reverse engineering the Service, or trying to get around its security or rate limits
- Trying to access another person’s account or data
- Using the Service in a way that breaks the law or infringes someone else’s rights
If you do, the operator may restrict your use of the Service or your AI connections, or disconnect them.
Changes to and discontinuation of the Service
The operator may change features, set usage limits, or discontinue all or part of the Service. For a change or discontinuation that significantly affects you, we will give notice in advance on this page or in the app wherever we can.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
- The Service is provided as is, free of charge, by an individual developer. The operator does not guarantee that the Service will run without interruption or errors.
- To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for damage arising from using or being unable to use the Service, for loss of data, or for damage arising from following an AI’s answers or advice. This does not apply to damage caused by the operator’s intent or gross negligence, or where the law does not allow liability to be excluded.
- We recommend keeping a separate copy of any records that matter to you.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we will say so on this page and update the effective date. We will give notice in advance, in the app or on this page, of any change that is unfavorable to you. If you keep using the Service after a change, you agree to the changed terms. If you do not agree, delete your account and stop using the Service.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes related to the Service are handled by the court with jurisdiction under the Korean Civil Procedure Act.
